The Prue Lady Rockets softball team won their first tournament this season in the Oilton High School Fast-pitch Tournament.  The Lady Rockets started in pool play with a tough 6-3 loss to Drumright, but fought back in their next game with a 5-4 win over Beggs after 2 extra innings.  This placed the Rockets in a tie in their pool, leaving tournament officials going to the score books to determine the winner.  After concluding that the Rockets allowed the least amount of runs scored in their pool, they advanced as the pool winners which put them in the championship on Saturday.  The Rockets faced Davenport in their finals, almost shutting the Bulldogs out with a 4-1 victory and they were named Gold Division Champions.  Way to go Lady Rockets.  We are so proud of you!
